HOW IT WORKS
1. Place your order.
2. Post your garments to the address I provide to you via Etsy message after your purchase.
3. Your clothing is carefully transformed into a patchwork memorial cushion with personalised embroidery.
4. Your finished keepsake is beautifully packaged and sent back to you with care.

HOW MANY GARMENTS SHOULD I SEND?

16" Patchwork Memory Cushion
- Please send 3-4 garments.
- An additional garment is recommended as a back up where possible.
- Additional garments may be included if you would like a greater variety of fabrics featured.

18" Patchwork Memory Cushion
- Please send 4-5 garments.
- An additional garment is recommended as a back up where possible.
- Additional garments may be included if you would like a greater variety of fabrics featured.

Standard Processing
Your memory cushion will be lovingly handmade and dispatched within the processing time shown on the listing in usually 2-3 weeks.

Priority Processing Upgrade
Need your keepsake sooner? A priority processing upgrade is available, moving your order to the front of the queue where possible. Priority processing orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 working days from receipt of garment. Please note that additional charges apply for priority services.
