Processing Times: 

Because many of our items are handmade or personalised, processing times may vary depending on the product ordered. 

Personalised / Made to Order Items: 

These items are custom made especially for you and will be processed within up to 3 weeks before dispatch & shipping. 

Non-Personalised Items: Ready-made items are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. 

Processing time refers to the time it takes to for me to prepare your order before it is shipped. Shipping times will begin once your order has been dispatched. 

Delivery:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the postal service used. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

Delays:

PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTAL DELAYS CAN OCCASIONALLY OCCUR DUE TO POSTAL SERVICE DISRUPTIONS, BUSY PERIODS OR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND MY CONTROL.
