Our Return and Refund Policy:

When purchasing from Thread Through It, please note that all items are handmade and made to order. As a result, no two pieces will be identical and slight variations in fabric placement, stitching or finish may occur.

Personalised and custom-made items, including keepsakes created from customer-supplied clothing, are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under UK and EU consumer law.

For keepsakes made from customer-supplied garments, clothing will be carefully cut and transformed as part of the design process. Once work has begun, garments cannot be returned in their original form. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are freshly washed before sending.

Whilst every care is taken when handling sentimental items, I cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing fabric weaknesses, natural wear, or damage occurring in transit.

Due to the personalised nature of these items, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives faulty or not as described. Customers must contact me within 14 days of delivery regarding any concerns.
