SIGNATURE MEMORY HEART CUSHION
Includes a handmade personalised memory heart patch, with the mandatory text of "For every time you think of me, I will always be in your heart" with your chosen name added. I.e. Dad or John. Plus, a cushion insert included.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Place your order and select your preferred cushion option.
2. Once your order is received, I'll send you the address to post your shirt to.
3. Your garment will be carefully transformed into a handmade memory cushion, preserving special features wherever possible.
4. Your completed keepsake will be beautifully packaged and posted back to you with care.
